FI Fest needed a car park and traffic operation that could handle a full two-day festival without becoming the bottleneck. We planned the car park layout in advance and put experienced marshalls on the ground for the full run, managing the pedestrian crossing and a dedicated taxi and pick-up/drop-off area alongside vehicle flow — keeping the 5,000-strong crowd moving safely in and out.
