Rather than juggling separate suppliers for each, our team plans and runs traffic, campsites, bars and 4x4 logistics together, so the whole event runs to one plan.
We also cover the infrastructure behind the site — fencing, lighting and power — and put a drone overhead for a live view of car parks and crowds, so incidents are spotted early rather than after the fact.
