We supply traffic management for Farnham Town Council’s events, including the Lantern Festival and Remembrance Day. For the Lantern Festival on 29 October 2026, we put the road closures in place for the parade route through the town centre, keeping traffic away from the crowds and getting the roads open again once the parade had passed.
Farnham Lantern Festival
The Lantern Festival parade runs through Farnham town centre after dark. We set out the cones, barriers and signs to close the roads on the parade route, kept vehicles moving safely around the closure, and reopened the roads afterwards.

Remembrance Day and town events

Every operation we run comes with its own risk assessment and method statement (RAMS), written for that site and that event. We hold £10m public liability and employers’ liability insurance, and our staff are first aid and emergency response trained, with some holding FREC 3 and FREC 4.
