How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, especially for summer festival season — but we can often accommodate short notice for smaller jobs.
Can we book one service, or do we need the full package?
Either. Book a single service — traffic management, bars, 4x4 logistics, whatever you need — or the full package.
What size events do you cover?
Anything from small private functions to festivals of 20,000+ attendees.
Do you supply your own equipment?
Yes — our own vehicles, signage, and bar and catering equipment. If we don’t already have something, we’ll source it for your event.
