Case study
What we provide
- Car park management
- Traffic management
- Site comms, with radios supplied
- Uniformed marshalls
- Given free of charge as charity support
- RAMS provided for our operation
We support the Mytchett Centre’s events with car park management, traffic management and comms support, free of charge as part of the charity support we give to our local community. At the Mytchett Centre fireworks on 31 October 2026, our team marshalled visitors into the car park and kept traffic moving safely on the night.
Mytchett Centre fireworks
Fireworks night brings a lot of cars to the Mytchett Centre in a short space of time, mostly as it gets dark. Our uniformed marshalls directed visitors into the field car park, kept the parking rows tidy and helped everyone get away safely at the end of the night.
- Car park marshalling from dusk
- Traffic management on arrival and departure
- Site comms and radios for the event team
- Marshalls on the exits until the car park was empty
Supporting our community
The Mytchett Centre is a local charity, so we give our time and kit free of charge. It is the same trained team and the same planning we bring to every event.
- Free of charge as charity support
- Same trained, uniformed team
- Same planning and paperwork as paid work
Safety and paperwork
Every operation we run comes with its own risk assessment and method statement (RAMS), written for that site and that event. We hold £10m public liability and employers’ liability insurance, and our staff are first aid and emergency response trained, with some holding FREC 3 and FREC 4.
- RAMS written for the site, not a generic template
- £10m public liability insurance
- First aid and emergency response trained staff
- ACT Awareness (counter-terrorism) trained team
